Would you like to help raise funds for your local charity by holding event of your own? It’s a good excuse to a organise a social occasion and raise money for a local charity at the same time. How about organising a coffee morning, a book sale or talent shows. We have some lovely venues available to hire locally.

If you have a talent for baking or making how about a cake sale or craft fair? If you have green fingers would you like to shoe visitors your garden?

How about something bigger? You could set yourself a challenge. Couch to 5k run, a sponsored bike ride or even a marathon, a skydive. A golf tournament or a gala dinner. It’s easy to collect sponsorship if you start your own Just Giving page.
