Annual Open Meeting
You are invited to the Annual Open Meeting of Axminster Hospital League of Friends in the Bradshaw Rooms of Axminster Heritage Centre on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at 6.30pm. There will be a presentation entitled Brighter Vision Ahead by Rebecca Armitage, Meg Clark and Lisa Jones from Ophthalmology Services, Axminster Hospital. They will explore the evolving landscape of ophthalmic surgery and how these procedures restore essential function and improve quality of life. In addition, the presentation will highlight the increase in clinical activity within this field and plans to further improve service delivery and patient outcomes. This will be followed by a short AGM, at which we will be announcing the official launch of Axminster Hospice at Home.
